  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Payment Terms

If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge late payment fees

  • Take legal action to recover unpaid amounts

Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Issues not reported within 24 hours
  • Damage caused by improper use of premises after cleaning
  • Areas or items specifically excluded from the cleaning scope
  • Pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed with standard cleaning methods

Liability and Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services. However, our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Our liability for damage caused by our services is limited to the cost of repair or replacement
  • We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect losses
  • Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

You agree to ensure that the premises are safe for our cleaning staff and to inform us of any potential hazards.

When using our website, you agree not to:
